Viviana Galvis

Viviana Galvis is the Office Coordinator at HTM where she helps to oversee processes and applications that help drive even greater efficiency. For over 30 years, Viviana has used her project management, process-oriented and creative collaboration skills to apply her passion for high performance. Throughout her career, Viviana has held a variety of positions including Sales Representative and General Manager, and prior to her onboarding with HTM, was an Account Executive with Original Impressions where she worked for 20+ years and was responsible for marketing, printing and managing inventories for top fortune 500 companies. Viviana is most proud of owning a small business that provides unique and inspiring tradeshow activations and branded promotional items B2B. In her spare time, Viviana loves to cook for her family, garden and travel. Her favorite place is the beach.

Gavin Snider

Gavin has held a variety of positions including Operations Director and Social Media Manager, and was previously with the company Waterstreet as Operations Director where he was responsible for day-to-day operations, purchasing, curating, and management. Gavin is most proud of his ability to grow individually and professionally. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of A&M Corpus Christi, TX.In his spare time, Gavin enjoys travelling to South America, surfing, music production, and spending time with his dog.

Evelyn Aucoin

Evelyn Aucoin has held a variety of positions, including Director of Energy Operations, Director of Financial Settlements and was previously a Limited Partner in a boutique management consulting firm where she was responsible for business development, go-to-market strategies, and creation and training of proprietary methodologies in turnaround and financial transformation services. Evelyn is most proud of her corporate turnaround work, which saved tens of thousands of jobs in two companies. She was personally thanked on the analyst call as one of those companies was relisted on the NYSE after her team’s outstanding work. She has over thirty years of accounting, finance and management experience, across five industries, earned her BBA in Accounting at Texas A & M, and is a CPA.In her spare time, Evelyn enjoys hiking the Sangre de Cristo mountains where she lives, honing her graphic design and creative writing skills, practicing yoga and Pilates, hanging out with her four rescue-adopted dogs, and retraining her off-the-track thoroughbred, Richard, for trail riding. She has over 700 hours of certifications in yoga and Pilates disciplines and has taught over 800 classes. She has been married for over 30 years to her husband Chris, and they have two adult sons.

Nichole Hanscom

With more than 30 years of professional experience in the legal field, Nichole has worn just about every hat there is to wear – Assistant, Attorney, Community Liaison, Operations Director, Administrative Counsel, and Owner. She has held high-level positions in organizations of more than 300 people and with multi-million dollar budgets. In addition to running large operations, she has launched non-profit and for-profit businesses from the ground up. Nichole has spent the last two decades focused on helping businesses (especially law firms) run more productively and deliver better results. Prior to joining the HTM team as an Advisor, Nichole was a member! She owned an operations consulting business and was affiliated with a boutique law firm that helped creative entrepreneurs. Before opening her own businesses, Nichole was the Operations Director and Administrative Counsel for the Public Defender’s Office in Tampa, Florida, and consulted for other Public Defenders across Florida from the Panhandle to the Keys. In these roles, Nichole was responsible for designing solutions, leading teams, and building systems that handled legal representation on both the large and small scales. She was also sought after to lead strategic planning, growth management, conflict resolution, and leadership development programs in legal and non-legal organizations across Florida. A life-long advocate for equal access and opportunity, Nichole joined to How to Manage so that she could help lawyers help more people.

Delisi Friday

Delisi has held a variety of positions including roles professionally acting in television and film, working as a recruiter, and 10+ years working within a law firm. She was previously with Cowen Rodriguez Peacock, known as The Trucking Trial Lawyers, as the Director of Marketing and Business Development where she was responsible for managing the marketing and intake departments and bringing in new referral partnerships to the business. In her role, Delisi helped grow the business to a successful 8-figure law firm with partnerships across the country. Delisi is most proud of launching the Trial Lawyer Nation podcast and its designation as an international, award-winning podcast, which still airs today. In her spare time Delisi enjoys cooking, watching the birds in her backyard (basically becoming just like her mom), doing puzzles, and spending time with family. She is also Miss Latina World 2008-2009 and takes great pride in her legacy as a community leader and role model. In 2019, she joined the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Man and Woman of the Year campaign, raised $52,000 and funded a pediatric grant for blood cancer in honor of a friend who is a leukemia survivor.

Bonni Gonzalez

Bonni Gonzalez has held a variety of positions including CEO, Director of Technical Communications, and Director of Creative and Content, and was previously with Scantron Corporation as Director of Marketing where she was responsible for leading content and cadence marketing, driving leads and lead conversion, hiring and training new staff, and promoting Scantron products and services in more than 5 different market spaces.  Bonni is most proud of increasing leads from cold to sales-qualified by more than 200% for 3 years in a row.  Bonni ran her own consulting business for more than 20 years and supported Scantron users both before and after the sale for more than 15 years. Bonni currently also teaches a class at the University of California, Riverside, titled “Technical Communication for Engineers” (but could just as easily be called “How to Survive Your First Two Career Years without Doing Something Stupid”). In her spare time, Bonni enjoys road trips with her husband, crocheting gifts for friends and family, and gardening. Bonni is a 4th-generation San Diego native and UCSD alumna, although she now lives in Riverside (still SoCal, though!). Bonni is also a published author: her technical communications textbook, Engineering Words, written with her co-instructor, was released in February of 2023.
