Eric Lingenfelter

Eric has owned his own consulting and speaking firm for 23 years helping small to medium sized business owners grow their business. He has worked with businesses ranging from fresh, new startups, to national brands like RE/MAX, SUCCESS Magazine, and Sam’s Club to name a few. Eric’s passion and focus is transforming complicated business challenges into easy to understand and easy to implement solutions. He is forever in pursuit of simplicity on the far side of complexity.He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in ‘93 and his MBA in ‘99. But if you ask him why you’d want to work with him on a project, he’ll tell you that it has nothing to do with his education, rather, it’s all about his experience. He’s been there in the trenches with clients and team members “doing” whatever it takes to get whatever it is done while making it faster, better, and easier. He always shoots straight with you and he focuses on what matters – which is building solutions that solve real problems.In his spare time, he enjoys woodworking projects, going to movies with his wife, and building software tools that solve unique problems for small businesses.

Christina White

Christina has held various positions, including Licensed Insurance Agent, and was previously with Answer Financial as a Training Specialist, where they were responsible for developing and executing traditional and web-based sales and organizational development curricula based on adult learning theories. Christina is most proud of her talent for helping others thrive. Christina has spent the last nearly two decades in Training and Organizational Development. She is currently working on her master’s degree in Management and Leadership. In their spare time, Christina enjoys cross-stitching, creating art, rowing, and spoiling her family. She is also passionate about travel, an avid movie buff, and an experienced cook.

Viviana Galvis

Viviana Galvis is the Office Coordinator at HTM where she helps to oversee processes and applications that help drive even greater efficiency. For over 30 years, Viviana has used her project management, process-oriented and creative collaboration skills to apply her passion for high performance. Throughout her career, Viviana has held a variety of positions including Sales Representative and General Manager, and prior to her onboarding with HTM, was an Account Executive with Original Impressions where she worked for 20+ years and was responsible for marketing, printing and managing inventories for top fortune 500 companies. Viviana is most proud of owning a small business that provides unique and inspiring tradeshow activations and branded promotional items B2B. In her spare time, Viviana loves to cook for her family, garden and travel. Her favorite place is the beach.

Gavin Snider

Gavin has held a variety of positions including Operations Director and Social Media Manager, and was previously with the company Waterstreet as Operations Director where he was responsible for day-to-day operations, purchasing, curating, and management. Gavin is most proud of his ability to grow individually and professionally. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of A&M Corpus Christi, TX.In his spare time, Gavin enjoys travelling to South America, surfing, music production, and spending time with his dog.

Marie Paulson

Marie has held a variety of positions including Executive Assistant, Office Manager, and Development Coordinator, and was previously with Alzheimer’s Orange County (AlzOC) as the Executive Assistant to the CEO where she was responsible for managing the day-to-day workflow and responsibilities of the Chief Executive Office. Marie is most proud of playing a key role in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of 50 new employees from two additional organizations acquired by AlzOC. Marie has her Associate’s degree in general studies and has been working in an administrative capacity for over 20 years. In her spare time, Marie enjoys spending time with her husband and fur baby doing outdoorsy things such as boating, camping, fishing, and hiking. She is also an avid supporter and volunteer for non-profit missions close to her heart like suicide prevention, veteran assistance, and humane societies.

Trey Demoville

Trey has held a variety of positions including Strategic Product and Project Manager and was previously with LW Propertybase Salesforce edition where he was responsible for enterprise and global customer projects as well managing the product that turned Salesforce into a Real Estate CRM.  Trey is proud of the speed and execution he and his team displayed over time with customers and his relentless effort to stay solution-focused.  Trey has two Masters Degrees, one of which is an MBA specializing in global business which he leveraged helping his teams’ international clients. In Trey’s spare time, he enjoys doing anything outside with his kids including golf, running, biking, SUPing, (stand-up paddling), swimming, tennis, hiking, camping, and chasing them around football fields as they pursue their dreams of band glory.
