Dahyana Romero

Dahyana Romero has held a variety of positions including Comptroller, Full-circle accountant, Office manager, Staff Accountant and was previously with Xendoo as a Senior Accountant where she was responsible for preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, and assisting with audit preparations amongst other duties.  She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting at Keiser University in the city of Fort Lauderdale. In her spare time, Dahyana enjoys spending time with her family and anything involving nature.

Eric Lingenfelter

Eric has owned his own consulting and speaking firm for 23 years helping small to medium sized business owners grow their business. He has worked with businesses ranging from fresh, new startups, to national brands like RE/MAX, SUCCESS Magazine, and Sam’s Club to name a few. Eric’s passion and focus is transforming complicated business challenges into easy to understand and easy to implement solutions. He is forever in pursuit of simplicity on the far side of complexity.He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in ‘93 and his MBA in ‘99. But if you ask him why you’d want to work with him on a project, he’ll tell you that it has nothing to do with his education, rather, it’s all about his experience. He’s been there in the trenches with clients and team members “doing” whatever it takes to get whatever it is done while making it faster, better, and easier. He always shoots straight with you and he focuses on what matters – which is building solutions that solve real problems.In his spare time, he enjoys woodworking projects, going to movies with his wife, and building software tools that solve unique problems for small businesses.

Samuel Bazylenko

Prior to Bookkeeping that Doesn’t Suck, Samuel worked as a Tax Accountant and Auditor for several small and medium-sized accounting firms located in Miami, Florida. Samuel understands the dynamics of large and small teams and the impacts that large projects have on various individuals and departments throughout an organization. Upon completing his J.D. at St. Thomas University College of Law, he aspires to open his own practice, concentrating in the field of tax. Samuel’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree from Florida International University’s School of Accounting with a second major in International Business.In his spare time, Samuel enjoys playing soccer, airsofting, and skydiving.

Renee Julien

Renee has held a variety of positions including Human Resources Specialist, Reservation Specialist and Customer Care Specialist, and was previously with Hilton Worldwide as a Customer Care Specialist where she was responsible for demonstrating a high-level of accountability and engagement with the members of the Hilton Honors Program. Renee is most proud of being able to diffuse any situation and has over 18 years of customer service experience.  In her spare time Renee enjoys listening to audio books, making wood porch signs, traveling and going to the beach. Renee currently resides in Apopka FL with her husband of 12 years and their 2 kids. On the weekends and during the week she can be found at the baseball field watching her 6-year-old son play or at home playing barbies with her 3-year-old daughter.

Gavin Snider

Gavin has held a variety of positions including Operations Director and Social Media Manager, and was previously with the company Waterstreet as Operations Director where he was responsible for day-to-day operations, purchasing, curating, and management. Gavin is most proud of his ability to grow individually and professionally. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of A&M Corpus Christi, TX.In his spare time, Gavin enjoys travelling to South America, surfing, music production, and spending time with his dog.

Viviana Galvis

Viviana Galvis is the Office Coordinator at HTM where she helps to oversee processes and applications that help drive even greater efficiency. For over 30 years, Viviana has used her project management, process-oriented and creative collaboration skills to apply her passion for high performance. Throughout her career, Viviana has held a variety of positions including Sales Representative and General Manager, and prior to her onboarding with HTM, was an Account Executive with Original Impressions where she worked for 20+ years and was responsible for marketing, printing and managing inventories for top fortune 500 companies. Viviana is most proud of owning a small business that provides unique and inspiring tradeshow activations and branded promotional items B2B. In her spare time, Viviana loves to cook for her family, garden and travel. Her favorite place is the beach.
