Rachel Basile

Rachel brings a unique blend of expertise to her role as a Bookkeeping Liaison, having transitioned from a successful career as a dedicated high school math teacher. With a decade of experience in the education sector, Rachel’s meticulous attention to detail and analytical prowess seamlessly translate into her new role.

Having fostered a passion for numbers and organization during her teaching years, Rachel’s transition to bookkeeping was a natural evolution. Her strong foundation in mathematics coupled with her interpersonal skills make her an ideal candidate to bridge the communication between financial data and the needs of clients.

In her spare time, Rachel indulges her curious mind by diving into a world of podcasts and books. This appetite for knowledge reflects her commitment to continuous learning and personal growth. As a former educator, she understands the power of staying informed and up-to-date, which undoubtedly enriches her contributions to her current position.

Melissa Waters

Melissa has worked in accounting and business operations for over 10 years across a variety of industries and was previously with the law office of Oswald Rew as Office Manager where she was responsible for managing the trust account, ensuring accurate financials, accounting, and reconciliations; managing a team of support staff; recruiting and training employees; ensuring efficient office operations and positive client experiences. Melissa is most proud of helping the firm grow through the implementation of new technology and increased transparency.  

In her spare time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and volunteering in her community. 

Steph Borel

Steph has held a variety of positions including Development Engineer and Marketing Tech Consultant. Steph was previously with David Bayer Businesses as an Automated Marketing Engineer, responsible for implementing the use of the latest technologies and ensuring processes and procedures were in place to support continuous scale.  Steph is most proud of the part they’ll be honored to play in the continued success of HTM and is grateful for the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to its team and members.  Steph has been in the digital marketing space for 20+ years and has loved every second of it.

In their spare time, Steph enjoys woodworking, doing crafts with their kids, and attempting to fix things around the house. Steph and their wife, Amanda, were blessed to have been able to foster over ten kids in their time as foster parents in Arizona, and out of those, were overjoyed with the opportunity to adopt four. Three of their four kiddos have special needs. The kids keep Steph and Amanda on their toes, but they’re reminded daily to stop and smell the flowers, have patience, and never stop laughing!

Orion Carrington

Orion has held a variety of positions including Senior Technical Recruiter and was previously with Kinkor Consulting as Senior Talent Advisor where they were responsible for contract technical recruiting for start-ups and tech companies.  Orion is most proud of all the dreams he’s helped see realized.  Orion also has a Bachelor’s in Finance and over 13 years of recruiting experience.  

In his spare time, Orion enjoys boxing, hiking, and performing as an actor in film, television, and stage.  

June Grave de Peralta

June has held a variety of positions including Accounting Associate, Office Manager, Full Charge Bookkeeper, Credit Manager, and Inside Sales Account Manager.  She was previously with Dental Whale LLC as an Accounts Receivable Associate – Patient Accounts (NE) where she was responsible for managing and reconciling patients’ payments and patient ledgers for several dental offices across the US. June is most proud of her ability to work as a team member, to meet deadlines, and provide exceptional customer service.

In her spare time, June enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending time with her family. She is an animal lover and currently shares her home with two dogs and three cats – all rescues. She believes in looking forward with hope and back without regret.

Jessica Humphrey

Jessica has held a variety of positions including Payroll Manager. She was previously with flyExclusive where she was responsible for leading a team of Talented Payroll Specialists and implementing new systems to streamline the payroll process across six companies.  Jessica is most proud of the knowledge she has gained from her years in Aviation, University Systems, as well as Defense Contracting. She brings over twenty years of payroll experience to our team.

In her spare time, Jessica enjoys watching her son’s high school baseball team, wine tasting, and vacationing in the Great Smokey Mountains with her husband.
