Our Team

Amber Rojek has held a variety of positions including Graphic Designer, Hospital Administrator, Office Manager and Product Specialist, and was previously with Payzer as Product Specialist and Retainment Manager where she was responsible for Onboarding new clients to the software.  Amber Rojek is most proud of her pivotal role in overhauling and automating retention processes at Payzer.

In their spare time, Amber Rojek enjoys learning and experiencing all life has to offer with her husband and daughter. She loves to read and explore her creative side, always looking to learning new crafts. She spent a lot of time in the Publishing world as a Book Blogger and attended Book Expo America in NYC, 3 years in a row. 

Hannah has held a variety of positions including non-registered assistant, peer math tutor, and was previously with Woodard and Associates APAC as the tax lead where they were responsible for networking with the community, monthly financial reporting, annual financial reporting, payroll tax management, corporate tax return filing, non-profit tax return filing and governmental audit reporting. Hannah is most proud of her ability to network and provide useful financial information to her clients. She is an LSUS graduate with a degree in accounting and four years in the accounting field.

In their spare time, Hannah enjoys working with her community, playing guitar, and doing 3D cinematic animations.

Melissa has worked in accounting and business operations for over 10 years across a variety of industries and was previously with the law office of Oswald Rew as Office Manager where she was responsible for managing the trust account, ensuring accurate financials, accounting, and reconciliations; managing a team of support staff; recruiting and training employees; ensuring efficient office operations and positive client experiences. Melissa is most proud of helping the firm grow through the implementation of new technology and increased transparency.  

In her spare time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and volunteering in her community. 

Willie has held a variety of positions including CBRN Officer, Operation Manager, and was previously with United States Army as a Signal Specialist where they were responsible for the maintenance of networks, hardware, and software of the Brigade.  Will is most proud of safely returning from Afghanistan with no injuries to his soldiers.   

In his spare time, Willie enjoys reading, running, & traveling.  

Tami has held a variety of positions including Director of Membership & Marketing, Communications Director, and Director of Membership Sales for more than 25 years in the hospitality field and was previously with The Vacation Effect as COO and Vice President where they were responsible for helping busy entrepreneurs work less, make more money, grow their businesses faster and take more vacations. Tami is most proud of helping to launch a #1 Amazon bestselling book – The Vacation Effect for Entrepreneurs. 

In her spare time, Tami enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, socializing with friends, walking her two dogs, watching her daughter in all her activities including soccer, tennis and choir, and playing euchre every month with a sorority alumni group.

Steph has held a variety of positions including Development Engineer and Marketing Tech Consultant. Steph was previously with David Bayer Businesses as an Automated Marketing Engineer, responsible for implementing the use of the latest technologies and ensuring processes and procedures were in place to support continuous scale.  Steph is most proud of the part they’ll be honored to play in the continued success of HTM and is grateful for the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to its team and members.  Steph has been in the digital marketing space for 20+ years and has loved every second of it.

In their spare time, Steph enjoys woodworking, doing crafts with their kids, and attempting to fix things around the house. Steph and their wife, Amanda, were blessed to have been able to foster over ten kids in their time as foster parents in Arizona, and out of those, were overjoyed with the opportunity to adopt four. Three of their four kiddos have special needs. The kids keep Steph and Amanda on their toes, but they’re reminded daily to stop and smell the flowers, have patience, and never stop laughing!
