Nigel Gonzalez

Nigel has held a variety of positions including Strategic Business Process Manager and Senior Sales Manager and was previously with Equifax as Global Operational Excellence Manager, where they were responsible for standing up, running and scaling global operations, KPI/OKR design and performance, quality and process engineering, continuous improvement, reporting, among others. Nigel is most proud of building the Center of Excellence that transformed the way the company serviced the internal and external clients within the B2C division. He also holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, Agile Practitioner and Scrum Master.

In his spare time, Nigel enjoys spending time with his family, adventure, developing new skills and water sports, which he used to practice more back when he lived in Costa Rica, where he is originally from.

Jolene Griesse

Jolene has held a variety of positions including Paralegal and Deputy Clerk, and was previously with Clerkin, Sinclair and Mahfouz as a Paralegal where they were responsible for Litigation of Auto Subrogation Cases.  Jolene is most proud of successfully converting an entire law firm from in person appearance to zoom appearance during the pandemic.  Jolene holds a Bachelor’s degree in Legal studies and has worked for 10+ law firms throughout the state of Florida.

In their spare time, Jolene enjoys cross stitching and Jeeps. Jolene has one son, a chihuahua and a hedgehog.

Chrissie Bettencourt

Chrissie has held a variety of positions including Senior Project Manager, and a Small Business Consultant, and was previously with New Law Business Model as Chief of Staff where they were responsible for leading organizational initiatives and cross-functional teams, and successful completion of organizational goals .  Chrissie is most proud of her work in helping entrepreneurs create and structure their business and personal visions.   She has 20+ years in small business consulting, project management, operations and marketing.  She holds a business degree from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa, as well as a certification in Digital Transformation from Columbia Business School, NYU.  

In their spare time, Chrissie enjoys hanging out with her son, cooking, baking, and spending time out in Nature.

Jennifer Sjostrom

Jennifer has held a variety of positions including Financial Specialist and was previously with Carrier-Robins, where they were responsible for ERTC data entry, calculations and making sure all of the information collected and entered is clear and precise before passing the case along to the lawyer assigned. Jennifer is most proud of working hard to grow her Bookkeeping/Accounting knowledge by experience and ongoing schooling.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys volunteering, boating, traveling, and really anything outdoors. Between my husband and I we have 7 children between the ages of 16-28. We also own two Great Danes as well as foster.

Tiffany Muller

Tiffany has held a variety of positions including Project Manager, Production Manager, Business Consultant and Sr. Case Manager, and was previously with Mi-Case as an IT Project Manager where she was responsible for development, migration, and implementation of applications and web portal payment systems for 40 state agencies under the AZ Department of Administration umbrella and the AZ Department of Transportation. Tiffany is most proud of the positive impact her team had in creating a seamless flow of application operations for the State. Tiffany has a Master’s degree in Information Technology Management, a Bachelor’s in Organizational Leadership, and is a PMP through PMI. Most of her professional career has been as a Project Manager in varying industries; entertainment, corporate, IT, and Real Estate.

In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys working out, traveling, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.

Andrew Million

Andrew has held a variety of positions including owning a business coaching company, regional director with TK Elevator and finance manager for ADT Security Services. Most recently, his teams were responsible for isolating customer attrition predictors and financial opportunities to drive more than $19M in incremental revenue in 2022. Additionally, Andrew has extensive contact center experience, particularly from a financial and operational perspective for staffing and utilization optimization.

Andrew is most proud of winning back-to-back American Business Awards ‘Customer Experience Team of the Year’ for exceptional operational, financial and customer experience performance nationally in the recurring services industry. Additionally, being awarded ‘Outstanding Performance in Finance’ for the ADT/Brink’s Home Security integration for more than 1.2M customers.

 

Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas (UNT) in Finance, with an emphasis in Money/Banking, as well as holding a CCXP (Certified Customer Experience Professional) designation since 2014.

 

In his spare time, Andrew is an avid car show entrant and attendee, skier, and mountain biker. He and his wife Melissa of 25 years are often cheering for their youngest son’s soccer team each weekend while their oldest son attending UNT, to hopefully become a fourth-generation alumni! As a family, they enjoy visiting the mountains of northern New Mexico and Colorado to relax and get away.
