Dryellen has held a variety of different positions, including Corporate Recruiter and DE&I Recruiter, and was previously with CAMFIL as a Corporate Recruiter, where they were responsible for recruiting top talent for CAMFIL’s branches, corporate offices, and production facilities throughout the U.S. Dryellen played a pivotal role in the successful implementation and optimization of their applicant tracking system, ensuring a more efficient and streamlined hiring process. She also served as a strategic liaison between CAMFIL USA and CAMFIL Brazil, facilitating seamless cross-border recruitment initiatives.

Dryellen takes pride in her ability to bridge the gap between top-tier talent and meaningful career opportunities, while also driving impactful DE&I initiatives that foster inclusive workplace cultures. She has over seven years of People Ops and Recruitment experience.

In their spare time, Dryellen enjoys running, exploring new places, spending time with her dog Beans, and going to the beach. She is also fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese.
