Steve Barclay

Steve is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps where he deployed to Fallujah, Iraq as an infantry team leader. He has held a variety of positions in the private sector including Operations Manager and Senior Manager, Operations and was previously with AnswerHero as VP of Operations where he was responsible for overseeing call center operations, business development, training, quality assurance, customer experience, and human resources, while also designing and executing on long term strategic initiatives. Steve is most proud of successfully navigating many projects with substantial impact on the business such as a consolidation of all software applications for the customer’s journey, a re-brand of the company, creating and communicating their Core Values, and a replacement of the underlying call center software while ensuring zero disruption to the on-going call center operations. In his spare time, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife, Amber, and his two children Isabella (11) and Jackson (5). He is an avid fan of the Tampa Bay Lighting and the McLaren Formula 1 team, the latter of which inspired him to build a racing simulator in his garage to channel both his inner nerd and didn’t-quite-make-it racing driver.

Sanj Ark

Sanj has held a variety of positions including COO and SVP and was previously with Skylink as COO where he was responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue targets, strategic partnerships, asset acquisitions, vendor management and contract negotiations. Sanj is most proud of creating Skylink and establishing it as one of the premier agencies in Canada.

In his spare time, Sanj enjoys spending time with his family, being a father to his two young daughters and getting out on the golf course. Sanj is also an obsessed fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and is hoping to experience another Super Bowl victory soon. Judy Weiner

Judy has held a variety of positions including Program Assistant and Administrative Assistant and was previously with North Central Texas SBDC as Sr. Administrative Coordinator where she was responsible for coordinating and managing workshops, creating marketing campaigns and social media posts, as well as maintaining the information of over 200 clients.  Judy is most proud of assisting entrepreneurs in starting their businesses, as well as helping small business owners keep their businesses alive during COVID.  Judy has a BA in English, is PACE certified and has worked over 6 years in this field. In her spare time, Judy enjoys writing, gardening, crafting, and refinishing furniture. She is currently trying her hand at writing a novel.

Gavin Snider

Gavin has held a variety of positions including Operations Director and Social Media Manager, and was previously with the company Waterstreet as Operations Director where he was responsible for day-to-day operations, purchasing, curating, and management. Gavin is most proud of his ability to grow individually and professionally. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of A&M Corpus Christi, TX.In his spare time, Gavin enjoys travelling to South America, surfing, music production, and spending time with his dog.

Brittany Mansell

Brittany has held a variety of positions including Events Coordinator, Office Manager & Account Specialist and was previously with Tavistock Development Company as Office Manager where she was responsible for organizing an office of more than 200 employees and streamlining systems to increase production and efficiency.  Brittany is most proud of her work at Tavistock assisting with streamlining all processes and building out an automized daily lunch program for employees working with 20+ vendors. In her spare time, Brittany enjoys creating art and doing DIY projects on her home. She also enjoys playing with her dog and spending time with friends and family.

Tracy McGinnis

Tracy is a seasoned consultant and entrepreneur. She comes to us from a 25-year career in environmental regulatory, health & safety and toxicology consulting. Having worked in and for small-, medium- and large-sized business, Tracy understands the dynamics of large and small teams and the impacts that large projects have on various individuals and departments throughout an organization. She brings her extensive project management experience and communications acumen to HTM in the role of Operations Project Manager.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Environmental Sciences with minors in Biology and Chemistry, from Brock University.

Tracy has also run her own successful independent consulting firm and partnered in two other independent ventures over the past 10 years, one of which provided training using improvisation techniques to build communication skills, comfort with public speaking and facility with customer service, for adults, teens and kids.

In her spare time, you can find Tracy doing improv, painting, reading and connecting with nature.
