Lezlie Snoozy-Kaitfors

Lezlie Snoozy-Kaitfors has held a variety of positions including CEO of three multi-seven figure businesses (founder of two), best-selling author, and was previously a Pinnacle Business Guide where they were coach/guide small businesses in implementing an effective business operating system to help quite the noise for businesses to scale and become more profitable. Lezlie is most proud of her recognition as an industry leader and her contributions to the growth and development of award-winning businesses while raising four fantastic children with her husband. Lezlie has over 25 years of experience in growing and developing businesses and has a master’s degree in executive coaching and consulting.

In her spare time, Lezlie enjoys time with her children and watching them find their way in the world. She is enamored with her two grandchildren Collins (3) and Myles (1 month). Lezlie lives in a small town in the foothills of the beautiful Black Hills in South Dakota allowing for lots of outdoor activities and deep friendships. She is an active member in her church and leads the women’s group. Lezlie is filled with joy when hosting friends and family and cooking for them. She loves learning new things like making sourdough bread, crocheting, playing pickleball, gardening, golfing, wellness practices, renovating camper, and being present.

Jorge Santisteban

Jorge’s career spans various senior and executive roles across diverse industries, including financial services, Media & Entertainment, and Digital Advertising. His prior position as Chief Operating Officer at MFX Solutions showcased his exceptional leadership, overseeing the development and management of a $1.2 billion investment and management fund dedicated to social impact initiatives across 55 countries. This role provided him with extensive experience collaborating with numerous legal firms in various jurisdictions.

With more than two decades of expertise, Jorge has excelled in launching and managing successful divisions and companies. His proficiency extends to establishing protocols and procedures, as well as assembling high-performing teams of professionals.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Jorge finds joy in pursuits such as road cycling, golf, and a passion for all things sci-fi.

Charlene Spilker

Charlee has held a variety of positions including Sr. Tax and Accounts Manager, Payroll Tax Manager, and was previously with a Finance Director with a multi-state family law firm where she was responsible for business development, budgeting, forecasting, management and reconciliation of operating and trust accounts in each state, as well as improving and implementing SOPs.  Charlee is most proud of detecting and preventing fraudulent activity that saved the company from losing over two hundred and fifty thousand dollars. She has almost twenty years of finance, tax, and accounting experience in several industries.  She graduated Magna cum Laude, earning her Accounting degree at Regis University.

Charlee enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.  She and her husband Matt have 4 horses, 2 dogs and 3 cats, which have all been rescued.  Charlee enjoys training the dogs and breaking and training the horses as well.  She and Matt enjoy the outdoors, going camping, riding, hiking and hunting as often as possible.

Terri Larson

Terri Larson has held a variety of positions including President of an Insurance CUSO, Vice President of Retail Banking and Lending, Vice President of Product & Strategy and was previously with RE/MAX Holdings as Vice President of Operations where she was responsible for leading the first of its kind, nationwide Motto Mortgage franchising brand, from onboarding and opening to the ongoing growth and development of the franchise network. Terri is most proud of the success she’s achieved in helping organizations become more profitable and how she’s helped them experience exponential growth. With over 25 years of strategic leadership and organizational development in the banking, insurance and franchising space, Terri also has bachelor’s degree in business administration/management and holds a graduate banking degree from the University of Wisconsin.

In her spare time, Terri enjoys riding her Harley, playing golf, and spending time with friends and family. You can often find Terri frequenting her favorite restaurants around town which are likely to include exceptional Mexican and Indian cuisine!

David Scarbeary, CFA

David has been driving Strategic Focus, Operational Innovation and Financial Growth for a breadth of enterprises from the small entrepreneur to the non-profit sector, to the Fortune 50. David is most proud of his Planning & Operations implementations of new, scalable, and efficient systems in operations, marketing, and finance while acting in small business CFO/COO role and various corporate leadership roles. David’s career accomplishments also include successful M&A transactions, crucial Business Development, and Advanced Analytics improving the Customer Experience.

David holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification and was awarded the Master of Arts (MA) in Economics by the University of Colorado. As a veteran Air Force intelligence analyst who served in the Middle East, David had the rare distinction of earning the Meritorious Service Medal, Air Medal, and Air Force Commendation Medal – all in just four years. He is an avid promoter of community service previously fostering Freedom Service Dogs in training for Veterans and 22 years & counting Junior Achievement (JA) elementary classroom volunteering

In his spare time, David enjoys skiing, road cycling, and treks in the Rocky Mountains with his wife Patricia.

Hector Sierra

Hector has held a variety of positions including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for small law firms. He was previously with ORBA as the Chief Financial Officer where they were responsible for accounting, financial reporting/analysis, budgeting, cash flow 401k plans and payroll. Hector is most proud of streamlining financial reporting by implementing processes that ensure operational excellence and provide timely and accurate data to make informed decisions. Hector received his MBA from Thunderbird – School of Global Management and has 19+ years-experience in the legal field.

In his spare time, Hector enjoys spending time with his daughter, travelling, and running/biking on the Chicago Lakefront.
