Andrew Million

Andrew has held a variety of positions including owning a business coaching company, regional director with TK Elevator and finance manager for ADT Security Services. Most recently, his teams were responsible for isolating customer attrition predictors and financial opportunities to drive more than $19M in incremental revenue in 2022. Additionally, Andrew has extensive contact center experience, particularly from a financial and operational perspective for staffing and utilization optimization.

Andrew is most proud of winning back-to-back American Business Awards ‘Customer Experience Team of the Year’ for exceptional operational, financial and customer experience performance nationally in the recurring services industry. Additionally, being awarded ‘Outstanding Performance in Finance’ for the ADT/Brink’s Home Security integration for more than 1.2M customers.

 

Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas (UNT) in Finance, with an emphasis in Money/Banking, as well as holding a CCXP (Certified Customer Experience Professional) designation since 2014.

 

In his spare time, Andrew is an avid car show entrant and attendee, skier, and mountain biker. He and his wife Melissa of 25 years are often cheering for their youngest son’s soccer team each weekend while their oldest son attending UNT, to hopefully become a fourth-generation alumni! As a family, they enjoy visiting the mountains of northern New Mexico and Colorado to relax and get away.

Terry McDougall

Terry has held a variety of positions including CEO/Executive Coach at Terry B. McDougall Coaching for the past 6 years. Terry was previously with BMO Financial Group for 12 years, where she led U.S. marketing efforts for several businesses and was responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, leading teams of up to 30 employees, and advising senior leaders on strategies to support business objectives. Terry is most proud of her work on the integration and rebranding of the many businesses the BMO acquired over her tenure, as well as the professional success her many clients have experienced through her Executive Coaching practice. Terry has an MBA from the University of Maryland, a BA in Economics from the College of William & Mary, and is an ICF-certified coach.

In her spare time, Terry enjoys hiking, reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband, three children, and rescue beagle, Daisy. Terry is the author of Winning the Game of Work: Career Happiness and Success on Your Own Terms (New Degree Press, April 2020) and hosts the podcast Winning the Game of Work.

Michele Pecorilli

Michele has held a variety of positions including Director of Operations, Service Area Manager and Regional Operations Manager.  She was previously with Pediatrix as Director of Operations where she was responsible for managing large-scale operations and financial performance within specialty medical practices, physician services, and high-quality clinical environments of 76 Physician Practice Locations.  Michele is most proud of her proven track record of growth, operational excellence, and staff mentorship throughout her career.

In her spare time, Michele enjoys going to the beach, traveling, and spending time with her partner and son.

Lucia Martin

Lucia has held a variety of positions including Global Brand Coordinator, Marketing Manager ,  and was previously with Exotec as Marketing Director of North America where she was responsible for leading the efforts of the company to gain visibility in warehouse logistics in the US market.  Lucia is most proud of helping the companies she has been with grow and be able to get into new markets.

In her spare time, Lucia enjoys traveling, attending live music events, reading, and spending time with loved ones.

Duke Cooper

Duke has held a variety of positions including Managing Director and was previously with Academic Partnerships as a Managing Director where they were responsible for increasing top & bottom-line financials for multiple higher education institutions. Duke is most proud of launching the organization’s inaugural HBCU and experiencing early success in doing so.  Duke holds an MBA and has been working in the client consulting industry for 10 years.

In his spare time, Duke enjoys attending the sporting events of his children and spending time at the pool. Duke is also a military veteran, serving 8 years in the United State Air Force – Air National Guard.

Brian Ainsley Horn

Brian has held a variety of positions including Chief Marketing Officer, and was previously with Authority Media Marketing as CMO where he was responsible for creating digital marketing campaigns, and training client staff to manage KPIs. 

 Brian is most proud of being interviewed on The Howard Stern Show about how entrepreneurs can brand themselves as celebrities in their niche. Brian was invited on the show when an article he wrote for The Huffington Post on this topic went viral and got the attention of Howard Stern. 

 In his spare time, Brian enjoys swimming with his family, training in Muay Thai, and trying to improve his contemporary acrylic painting skills.
