Sanj Ark

Sanj has held a variety of positions including COO and SVP and was previously with Skylink as COO where he was responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue targets, strategic partnerships, asset acquisitions, vendor management and contract negotiations. Sanj is most proud of creating Skylink and establishing it as one of the premier agencies in Canada.

In his spare time, Sanj enjoys spending time with his family, being a father to his two young daughters and getting out on the golf course. Sanj is also an obsessed fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and is hoping to experience another Super Bowl victory soon. Tania Music

Tania has held a variety of positions including Owner and Co-Founder, Director of Sales & Marketing, Sr. Director of Operations, Manager or Digital Content & Manager of Employee Development. She has previously worked with many leaders in the Professional Development space managing responsibilities ranging from joint-ventures, community engagement and communications. Tania is most proud of building an international team of over 100 members and training them to coach and support thousands of individuals to fundraise, leading to the generation of over $150MM in donations over 5 years. In her spare time, Tania enjoys hiking and playing with her partner Tom and their two dogs and scuba diving (mostly in cold water).

Lorena Lopez Davidson

Lorena has held various positions including Accredited Business Consultant for the BBB, and Capacity Manager in United World Transportation (logistics of perishables) where she was responsible for negotiating and securing carriers for customer orders while actively ensuring they understood and adhered to company and customer guidelines. Lorena Is most proud of generating a record-breaking number of qualified leads for the carrier positions and enrolling them to join the company!In her spare time, Lorena enjoys cooking (and eating). She has a passion for food and wine, almost as much as traveling and exploring new places. She likes music and tries to go to a live music show whenever possible. She feels truly connected when hiking and exploring the forest, beaches, lakes or anywhere outdoors in the middle of nature.

Andy Voth

Andy Voth has held a variety of positions including Aircraft Maintenance Engineer and Aviation Safety Inspector and was previously with Boeing Aircraft Co. as Aircraft Maintenance Training Curriculum Developer where he was responsible for the development of Boeing’s Birth-to-Death Aircraft Maintenance Training curriculum for China East Airlines in Shanghai, China.  Andy has also owned and operated his own consulting firm, his own adventure travel company, and has 15 years of experience running and facilitating personal development training seminars as an event supervisor and Fire Master. Andy is most proud of the teams and systems he has built which were used to accomplish a high level of success in a variety of fields.  In his spare time, Andy enjoys mountaineering, rock climbing, hiking, mountain biking, and kayaking. Andy currently resides in a remote mountain region and is experimenting with living semi-off-grid in a 1962 Greyhound bus he has been converting into the tiny home of his dreams.

Tracy McGinnis

Tracy is a seasoned consultant and entrepreneur. She comes to us from a 25-year career in environmental regulatory, health & safety and toxicology consulting. Having worked in and for small-, medium- and large-sized business, Tracy understands the dynamics of large and small teams and the impacts that large projects have on various individuals and departments throughout an organization. She brings her extensive project management experience and communications acumen to HTM in the role of Operations Project Manager.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Environmental Sciences with minors in Biology and Chemistry, from Brock University.

Tracy has also run her own successful independent consulting firm and partnered in two other independent ventures over the past 10 years, one of which provided training using improvisation techniques to build communication skills, comfort with public speaking and facility with customer service, for adults, teens and kids.

In her spare time, you can find Tracy doing improv, painting, reading and connecting with nature.
