His comprehensive background in digital media, technology, and his extensive leadership roles in various C-Suite and Board positions have made him a trusted thought leader and an invaluable innovator in every organization he’s been a part of.

Rajiv’s expertise and visionary insights have made him a sought-after global keynote speaker at prestigious corporate and government events around the world. Notably, he has been invited multiple times to the esteemed United States National Prayer Breakfast in Washington D.C., a gathering attended by esteemed guests including US Congress members, Prime Ministers, Ambassadors, and the President of the United States. These opportunities have allowed him to forge impactful relationships with influential leaders on a global scale. His speaking engagements have extended beyond the United States to include addressing political leaders in Japan and various countries across North Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.

Personal:

Beyond his professional endeavors, Rajiv finds fulfillment in his personal life. He shares his life journey with his beloved wife, Sarah, and together they are proud parents to four remarkable children. Having lived overseas for a significant period, the Khatri family has developed a deep love for international travel. Rajiv is an enthusiastic reader and fitness enthusiast and enjoys leisurely boating during his precious spare moments. He is an active member of his community and continues to contribute his time and resources to various global philanthropic organizations, solidifying his commitment to making a positive impact on the world.

Oscar Ferenczi

Oscar Ferenczi comes from the pharmaceutical world and held a variety of positions including President and Executive Board Member during his 30-year tenure in the industry. He was previously with Merck & Co., Sandoz a division of Novartis and Grunenthal where he was personally responsible for managing the Latin America operations which included Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality Control, Registration and P&L Management for both the countries and the overall region.  Oscar is most proud of having successfully worked in 8 countries, developed the business and the people he worked with and having left successors in all countries he managed. In his spare time, Oscar enjoys diving, skiing, watching his children grow and forge their own future plus spending time with Erika, his lovely wife of 25 years.

Steve Barclay

Steve is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps where he deployed to Fallujah, Iraq as an infantry team leader. He has held a variety of positions in the private sector including Operations Manager and Senior Manager, Operations and was previously with AnswerHero as VP of Operations where he was responsible for overseeing call center operations, business development, training, quality assurance, customer experience, and human resources, while also designing and executing on long term strategic initiatives. Steve is most proud of successfully navigating many projects with substantial impact on the business such as a consolidation of all software applications for the customer’s journey, a re-brand of the company, creating and communicating their Core Values, and a replacement of the underlying call center software while ensuring zero disruption to the on-going call center operations. In his spare time, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife, Amber, and his two children Isabella (11) and Jackson (5). He is an avid fan of the Tampa Bay Lighting and the McLaren Formula 1 team, the latter of which inspired him to build a racing simulator in his garage to channel both his inner nerd and didn’t-quite-make-it racing driver.

Candice Saltzman

Candice is a high-energy, people person currently living in the sunny state of Arizona. Candice began her career in staffing and Human Resources over 17 years ago in Minneapolis Minnesota for an in-home health company. She has since spent her time progressing within her career as a Human Resources Generalist eventually leading her to focus primarily on talent acquisition and strategy.

Some of the focus areas for Candice within talent acquisition have been company growth, recruitment strategy, candidate and employee experience, and company branding as it applies to talent acquisition. She has also been heavily involved in retention projects to ensure companies are both obtaining and retaining top talent. Candice truly enjoys people and implementing best practices.

When Candice isn’t spending her time working to find top talent, she is with her 3 children, Lola, Tucker, and Bennett. She and her family enjoy spending time exploring, attending sporting and school events or traveling back to Minnesota to visit family. In her free time, she also enjoys reading, gardening, and cooking. Candice is a very family-focused individual who finds the importance of having both a happy work and home life.

Sarah Khatri

Sarah’s customer acquisition and business acumen is a testament to her leadership and sharp strategic thinking. As Co-Founder alongside her husband, Rajiv, she spearheaded a marketing strategy as the company’s CMO that generated upwards of $750MM in revenue for their customers.

This entrepreneurial triumph wasn’t Sarah’s only venture. Leveraging her marketing prowess, she went on to found a marketing agency in Asia, helping companies across diverse sectors achieve significant scalable growth.

Today, Sarah leverages her 20+ years of experience as a seasoned Direction of Acquisitions. She is a master at deciphering market trends, consumer behavior, crafting compelling content marketing strategies, and driving measurable results for businesses of all sizes – from budding startups to established enterprises. Her skillset has increased brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth across diverse industries.

However, Sarah’s impact extends beyond the boardroom. A devoted mother of four, she finds solace and expression in her artistic pursuits as a talented underwater photographer. This passion for beauty translates into her commitment to serving others. Sarah has actively participated in training leaders across Africa and Asia and played a crucial role in developing a non-profit organization in India. Devoted to her faith, she empowers women within her church, equipping them to make a positive difference in their communities.

Sarah’s holistic approach to life, marked by professional success, artistic expression, and a deep desire to help others, makes her a truly inspiring leader.

Erika Ferenczi

Erika Ferenczi has held a variety of positions including growing her own successful coaching firm as a business consultant. She was also a product manager in the pharmaceutical industry responsible for the marketing and sales of one of the companies’ business units. From there she worked in Nextel (telecommunications company in Lima Peru) and was responsible for customer service and quality control of all cellphones and devices on the client facing facilities. She also held a leadership position at Ballina & Associates, a financial development firm where she was responsible for generating and creating financial reports and projections for hotels to request loans from the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB).   Erika is most proud of her achievements as a business unit leader for marketing and sales deliverables, of her Amazon best-selling book “Beyond the Lies: The Way Women Sacrifice Freedom by Relying on Others,” and of her entrepreneurial achievement of building and running her own coaching business. Erika studied Business and majored in Finance and Marketing.  After several years in the corporate world, Erika went back to school to study psychology and human behavior, and became certified as a Master Professional Coach.  In her spare time, Erika enjoys skiing, scuba-diving, white-water rafting, and everything that takes her to the outdoors with her four children, husband and her three dogs, a cocker spaniel (Scott), a Westie Highlander (Sophie) and a Bernadoodle (Aspen).
