Uli Seuster

Uli has been a small business owner for 17 years across various industries. As such, he was responsible for all facets of the business, grew companies from the ground up and drove significant growth, while acquiring and selling others. Before that, he spent seven years as a strategy management advisor for small to medium-sized organizations during which he conducted comprehensive business assessments, analyzed financial performance, operational inefficiencies, and market dynamics to identify key areas for improvement and to drive transformational change.

In his spare time, Uli enjoys traveling, playing soccer, and the trombone. Occasionally, you’ll see him skydiving with his adult sons or doing a sprint triathlon.

Tracey Sherwood

Tracey has enjoyed two decades of experience in and around the legal industry.  She was previously COO of a rapidly growing personal injury firm and has also enjoyed engineering several newly created roles and departments including Chief Client Service Officer of a legal technology firm and Director of Strategic Pricing in a global law firm.  She has significant experience in KPI management, profitability and reporting, and has coached attorneys, practice groups, executive committees and legal operations professionals in a variety of practice areas on productivity and profitability metrics, pricing strategies, matter management and cross-functional collaboration.   

Tracey is a Certified Pricing Professional and has enjoyed a number of public speaking engagements.  She earned her BS in Music Education from Ithaca College and holds an MBA from the University of Rochester’s Simon School of Business. 

Tracey resides in the Charleston, SC area and loves food, wine and the beach.  She has two beautiful daughters, and her dog is her faithful executive assistant.

Terri Larson

Terri Larson has held a variety of positions including President of an Insurance CUSO, Vice President of Retail Banking and Lending, Vice President of Product & Strategy and was previously with RE/MAX Holdings as Vice President of Operations where she was responsible for leading the first of its kind, nationwide Motto Mortgage franchising brand, from onboarding and opening to the ongoing growth and development of the franchise network. Terri is most proud of the success she’s achieved in helping organizations become more profitable and how she’s helped them experience exponential growth. With over 25 years of strategic leadership and organizational development in the banking, insurance and franchising space, Terri also has bachelor’s degree in business administration/management and holds a graduate banking degree from the University of Wisconsin.

In her spare time, Terri enjoys riding her Harley, playing golf, and spending time with friends and family. You can often find Terri frequenting her favorite restaurants around town which are likely to include exceptional Mexican and Indian cuisine!

Stephanie Luongo

Stephanie has held a variety of positions including Broadcast Business Manager, Insurance Sales Representative, and Asst. Director for School Aged Child Care. She was previously with Powers McNalis Teebagy Luongo as Managing Partner where she was responsible for shared leadership of the firm as a member of its executive committee as well as developing and implementing strategies for accomplishing firm growth via KPIs, development of the firm’s policies and procedures, supervision over legal team litigation strategy and production, and business development/client relationships. Stephanie is most proud of the work she has done here at HTM over the last 5+ years with the hundreds of members she has been afforded the opportunity to help and the many advisors she has mentored and managed. Stephanie is a member of the Florida and Massachusetts bars, has a JD from New England Law, an MS from Simmons College and a BS from Emerson College. In her spare time, Stephanie especially enjoys spending time with her family, being a foodie, reading, movies, beach, live theatre/music, cruise travel and some casino time! The number 23 she wears around her neck is her lucky roulette number!

Jason Plumer

Jason has held a variety of positions including Business Operations Manager/Officer, Legal Administrator, Corporate Trainer, HR Generalist, Marketing Generalist, and Tax Preparer. A professional in the legal field for 16 years, Jason was previously with McNamee Lochner P.C. where he was responsible for directing execution of human resources, accounting/financial reporting, IT, marketing, and other operational activities for a firm with over 20 practice areas, 17 shareholders (225 total attorneys), and 35 legal and administrative staff. Jason is most proud of being named a Business Strategy Prize Winner, and for his design and execution of a financial plan which resulted in the payout of $1.8M in post-profit incentive-based bonuses for shareholders. Jason earned an MBA in Human Resource Information Systems from the University at Albany, and also completed one year of his PhD there as well, acquiring skills related to organizational design, logic/methodology and high-level quantitative and qualitative analysis. In his spare time, Jason enjoys physical fitness, grilling outdoors, sporting events, camping and kayaking, coaching or playing baseball, basketball and tennis, and relaxing around water. His two boys, Easton and Landon are his world. An interesting fun fact, prior to his legal career, Jason notched some acting roles in academic and professional print and television commercials, was a model for his own men’s health-related articles with a local magazine, and had a 1 year run being featured online for a company which specializes in manufacturing high-end, unique quality fashion products made out of recycled cashmere clothing.

Todd Rogers

Todd Rogers has held a variety of positions including Fractional COO, Business Manager, Global Marketing Manager, Sr Account Executive, and CFO and was previously with How to Manage a Small Law Firm as Programs Operations Manager where they were responsible for creating management and accountability tools for managing the HTM management advisory team. Todd is most proud of helping small businesses that help their communities. Todd is a certified business coach with an MBA and has been advising small businesses since 2013. In their spare time, Todd enjoys spending time with wife and family over great food, especially at Disney World. His other hobbies include creating art with Lego.
