Etienne Hardre

Etienne Hardre has a passion for helping entrepreneurs achieve their goals. Holding degrees in Accounting, Computer Science, and Management Information Systems, Etienne understands the language of business and the mechanisms for implementing ideas. He has worked in a variety of industries and positions including Chief Financial Officer and Founder of dozens of startups with a special focus on financial modeling, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic planning. His favorite phase of business is the high growth stage immediately after an idea is formulated and thrown onto the whiteboard.  For the past fifteen years, Etienne has simultaneously served as outsourced CFO for a variety of small business clients while also owning and managing a large barbershop & hair salon in Colorado Springs.

Etienne and his wife, Megan, raise their four boys in Colorado while enjoying cigars, whiskey, and tequila in the mountain sunshine. He speaks just enough of a handful of languages to confuse the locals, and he will probably beat you at a game of darts if you’re brave enough to try.

Keith Fitzpatrick

Keith Fitzpatrick grew up in Long Island, NY and then went on to Yale University where he played four year Varsity Ice Hockey  before playing in the minor leagues for one season.  After completing his hockey career, he went to work in finance for multiple firms in a sales trading role in NYC and London.  Upon returning home from London in 2008 during the recession, Keith took a job working in hospitality, building an event space.  This is where Keith found his true passion for growing small businesses.  He then went back to school, completed the coursework to obtain a CPA.  For the last 15 years, Keith has worked in multiple industries including retail, travel, hospitality, music production, professional services, and others to help his clients achieve success as an outsourced Controller/CFO and tax accountant.

When he isn’t working in spreadsheets, Keith still enjoys coaching hockey in NYC for kids 8 and under with his close friends. He spends most of his summers in Montauk where he is starting to learn to surf.

Joseph Daigle

Joseph has held a variety of positions including CEO, Chief Investment Officer, and Financial Advisor; and was previously with Mallard Financial Partners as CEO where they were responsible for leading the strategic vision and managing every department to achieve their goals. Joseph is most proud of establishing a line of business services specifically helping non-profit clients. Joseph has a BS in Finance and Management Information Systems, and an MBA with a specialization in Entrepreneurial Strategies.

In their spare time, Joe enjoys playing recreational volleyball, dodgeball, and kickball. You can find Joe on Food Network’s Holiday Baking Championship: Gingerbread Showdown (Season 2 Ep. 5) and Christmas Cookie Challenge (Season 8 Ep. 6).

Steven Amjad

Steve has held a variety of positions including Owner/Operator, Founder, President, In-House Counsel, and Partner. He was previously with BCSFT, LLC as the Owner/Operator where he was responsible for pretty much everything related to running the business every day. Steve is most proud of developing his management teams into sales growth machines with annual growth of 20%+ at every step of his career after leaving a law firm where he managed a litigation practice as a partner for 15 years. His JD/MBA background led to a career that started in complex litigation in many areas of law and led to being the founder of an investment company which grew from nothing into a $40m+ revenue enterprise as of the year-end 2024.

In his spare time, Steve enjoys time with his wife of 25 years and four children (when they are around) outside somewhere, whether it be golfing, walking, fishing, or working around the house.

Kelly-Ann Jenkins

Kelly-Ann Jenkins is a “recovering attorney” who dreamed of a career in Big Law.  After working in a large law firm for 5 years, she realized the partner-track lifestyle was not for her!  That’s when she decided to take the leap of faith and build her own law practice.  Within 7 years, she grew that small law firm from a $100K to nearly a $7M firm.  Even in the face of rapid growth, she refused to sacrifice her passions and continued to chase her dreams – from learning new skills to checking off items on her bucket list.  She built a law practice that allowed her to go skydiving in New Zealand, cage diving in South Africa, and safarying in Kenya.  She’s travelled to all 50 states, taught herself intro to guitar, and studied winemaking.  When she sets a goal, she makes it happen – whether that’s personal, professional, or financial.

Her drive to learn new things has her constantly challenging herself and others around her.  She loves proving that you really can do whatever you set your mind to.  She recently achieved a goal that people told her was “impossible” – running 7 marathons on 7 continents in 7 days – something that fewer than 200 people in the history of the world had completed as of October 2024.

Uli Seuster

Uli has been a small business owner for 17 years across various industries. As such, he was responsible for all facets of the business, grew companies from the ground up and drove significant growth, while acquiring and selling others. Before that, he spent seven years as a strategy management advisor for small to medium-sized organizations during which he conducted comprehensive business assessments, analyzed financial performance, operational inefficiencies, and market dynamics to identify key areas for improvement and to drive transformational change.

In his spare time, Uli enjoys traveling, playing soccer, and the trombone. Occasionally, you’ll see him skydiving with his adult sons or doing a sprint triathlon.
