How To Make A Million Dollars In Your Small Law Firm

Lots of lawyers mistakenly believe it has to be exotic or complicated to double (yes I said double) the revenue of a small law firm.  To the contrary, some of the "best practices" when it comes to law firm marketing and law practice management and some of the most important things to do if you want to start a law firm are very simple and free.

I understand the general premise of this video web-cast… “let your employees know about geography”. However, a better example to showcase that would have been much more appropriate. I ask you, have you never stayed in the Chi-Town area before? Staying 10 miles from O’hare can take you 15 minutes or an hour and 15 minutes depending on traffic and who know’s what? (Someone was hit by a METRA/CTA train early this morning)… Seriously, perhaps the Desk Clerk knew you were here on business and being a “Business Man” needed to make sure you could make your flight and gave you the “worst-case” scenario for travel time. Being an “attorney” I would hope that you could understand contingencies and so forth… things happen, right?
