You already know “The Bubble” is a special place. It’s a tribe. And without every Member’s unique personality, point of view and experience, our tribe is incomplete. Yes, what I’m saying is that our tribe feels incomplete without YOU.

And before you go and say “That’s a generic piece of crap”; or “He probably says that to everyone” let me assure you it is not. . .and if you will please keep reading you will see I am prepared to put my money where my mouth is. Because we keep a list of former Members who we want back. We checked it twice. And that’s why you’re reading these words right now.

Changing Gears. . .

We messed-up. We weren’t (and still aren’t) willing to lower our standards for Advisors. In fact we keep RAISING our standards. And that lead to turnover. But that’s not how we messed-up. We messed-up by not hiring more recruiters sooner, so we could have a deeper bench of talent.
