I understand and reconfirm that I will continue to be bound by the terms of my Master Member Agreement , and by my current Commitment Date.
IF I AM SELECTING OPTION 2
I understand and reconfirm that I will continue to be bound by the terms of my Master Member Agreement, and by my current Commitment Date. Furthermore, by selecting Option 2, I agree that the terms of my currently effective Membership Enrollment Agreement, and/or Change Order will be amended as follows:
If I am enrolled in the Creating a Successful Law Practice program,
- my monthly subscription fee will be $1,500
- I will be allowed to attend one Business Plan Development Workshop per year, scheduled during the quarter in which my initial enrollment anniversary date occurs. HTM will do their best to schedule the workshop adjacent to the LQM of that quarter to minimize my travel.
- I may only attend a Business Plan Development Workshop while still enrolled as a member, and current in my obligations to How to Manage a Small Law Firm II, Incorporated.
If I am enrolled in the Upgrading my Law Practice into a Sustainable Law Firm Business program,
- My monthly subscription fee will be $2,000
- I will be allowed to attend one Business Plan Development Workshop per year, scheduled during the quarter in which my initial enrollment anniversary date occurs. HTM will do their best to schedule the workshop adjacent to the LQM of that quarter to minimize my travel.
- I may only attend a Business Plan Development Workshop while still enrolled as a member, and current in my obligations to How to Manage a Small Law Firm II, Incorporated.
If I am enrolled in the Breaking The 7 Figures program
- My monthly subscription fee will be $3,000
- I will be allowed to attend one Business Plan Development Workshop per year, scheduled during the quarter in which my initial enrollment anniversary date occurs. HTM will do their best to schedule the workshop adjacent to the LQM of that quarter to minimize my travel.
- I will be allowed to attend one Budget Workshop per year, scheduled during the quarter before my scheduled Business Plan Development Workshop. HTM will do their best to schedule the workshop adjacent to the LQM of that quarter to minimize my travel.
- I may only attend the above workshops while still enrolled as a member, and current in my obligations to How to Manage a Small Law Firm II, Incorporated.
If I am enrolled in the Breaking The 7 Figures PLUS or The Million Dollar Solo Lawyers Club programs

IF I AM SELECTING OPTION 3
- I understand and reconfirm that I will continue to be bound by the terms of my Master Member Agreement], and by my current Commitment Date. Furthermore, by selecting Option 3, I agree that the terms of my currently effective Membership Enrollment Agreement, and/or Change Order will be amended as follows:
- I will no longer receive monthly Private CEO (f.k.a. Managing Partner) calls, monthly COO calls or monthly CFO calls.
- My Monthly Group Calls will be with other General Membership members.
- I will still be eligible to attend Business Plan Development Workshops and/or Budget Workshops, at the member price for Business Plan Development Workshops and Budget Workshops, with those prices subject to change.
