Oscar has held a variety of positions including Customer Service Manager and Operational Advisor and was previously with TikTok Mexico as an Operations Advisor – Trust & Safety, where he was responsible for leading new projects from inception to completion, ensuring efficacy through KPIs and action plans, and facilitating cross-departmental communication. Oscar is most proud of optimizing operations and enhancing efficiency for over numerous departments including Operations, Quality Control, Policies and Market Specialists

In his spare time, Oscar enjoys reading and exploring new cultures. He also has a passion for horror movies and continuous improvement, which he applies both in his professional and personal life.
