Ray Paradise

Ray has held a variety of positions including IT Project Manager, and was previously with Apple where he led the construction of the new Apple Headquarters – one of the most high profile projects in history.

In their spare time, Ray enjoys the beach, swimming and golf.

Andrew Ferenczi

Andrew has held a variety of positions including Manager of International Sales, Project Manager for Resilient Communities, and Researcher at the Weston Seismological Observatory, and was previously with WegoWise by AppFolio as Manager of Strategic Accounts where they were responsible for building a new sales team to target the top 100 multifamily real estate portfolios, advising state agencies on public policy and tax incentives related to energy efficiency, and creating partnerships with large financiers—including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD—to develop and expand their green loans programs. 

Andrew is most proud of having raised $1.1 MM after Hurricane Maria struck Puerto Rico to build 30 off-grid community centers that would provide essential services to over 7,500 residents in the affected communities. In their spare time, Andrew enjoys climbing mountains, collecting ultra-light camping gear, volunteering at the American Red Cross, and spending time with his dog, Kilimanjaro.

Jennifer Niemier

Jennifer has held a variety of positions including Paralegal, Trial Manager, City Clerk, Legal Office Manager, Project Manager, and was previously with Wheelhouse as Client Services Director managing public relations and inhouse manufacturing.  Jennifer is most proud of her paralegal career working in different areas of the law and managing a small law office; as a City Clerk was instrumental in establishing a number one ranking of best places to live by US News and World Report, city logo design, and taking the city paperless; as a project manager building 17 quick serve restaurants across the country in 10 months; working in non-profit for a syndicator building low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) properties; and most recently in public relations managing an account for the world’s second largest wine and spirits seller.  She has degrees in management, paralegal studies, and advanced paralegal certifications.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her two children, outdoor activities, traveling, reading/listening to self-improvement and personal development, networking, and always learning and developing new skills.

Jolene Griesse

Jolene has held a variety of positions including Paralegal and Deputy Clerk, and was previously with Clerkin, Sinclair and Mahfouz as a Paralegal where they were responsible for Litigation of Auto Subrogation Cases.  Jolene is most proud of successfully converting an entire law firm from in person appearance to zoom appearance during the pandemic.  Jolene holds a Bachelor’s degree in Legal studies and has worked for 10+ law firms throughout the state of Florida.

In their spare time, Jolene enjoys cross stitching and Jeeps. Jolene has one son, a chihuahua and a hedgehog.

Chrissie Bettencourt

Chrissie has held a variety of positions including Senior Project Manager, and a Small Business Consultant, and was previously with New Law Business Model as Chief of Staff where they were responsible for leading organizational initiatives and cross-functional teams, and successful completion of organizational goals .  Chrissie is most proud of her work in helping entrepreneurs create and structure their business and personal visions.   She has 20+ years in small business consulting, project management, operations and marketing.  She holds a business degree from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa, as well as a certification in Digital Transformation from Columbia Business School, NYU.  

In their spare time, Chrissie enjoys hanging out with her son, cooking, baking, and spending time out in Nature.

Tiffany Muller

Tiffany has held a variety of positions including Project Manager, Production Manager, Business Consultant and Sr. Case Manager, and was previously with Mi-Case as an IT Project Manager where she was responsible for development, migration, and implementation of applications and web portal payment systems for 40 state agencies under the AZ Department of Administration umbrella and the AZ Department of Transportation. Tiffany is most proud of the positive impact her team had in creating a seamless flow of application operations for the State. Tiffany has a Master’s degree in Information Technology Management, a Bachelor’s in Organizational Leadership, and is a PMP through PMI. Most of her professional career has been as a Project Manager in varying industries; entertainment, corporate, IT, and Real Estate.

In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys working out, traveling, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
