Jennifer Dudley

Jennifer Dudley is an experienced, effective strategist in relentless pursuit of breakthrough growth.    

With a start inside Boston ad agencies, Jennifer developed high standards for effective messaging, quality design, and accurate targeting. Eventually ditching the Boston cold for sunny southern CA, Jennifer held a long-term, progressive role at one of the top corporate communications firms in LA, building integrated campaigns for corporate giants like Bank of America, Unocal, and Tenet Healthcare, to boost brand recognition, launch product lines, and increase both top- and bottom-line growth. She drove multi-million-dollar national (and international) campaigns, and consistently led the studio team to repeatable profitability.  Jen says “if I can teach creative teams to be profitable, I can definitely help legal teams to be profitable. Kelly-Ann Jenkins

Kelly-Ann Jenkins is a “recovering attorney” who dreamed of a career in Big Law.  After working in a large law firm for 5 years, she realized the partner-track lifestyle was not for her!  That’s when she decided to take the leap of faith and build her own law practice.  Within 7 years, she grew that small law firm from a $100K to nearly a $7M firm.  Even in the face of rapid growth, she refused to sacrifice her passions and continued to chase her dreams – from learning new skills to checking off items on her bucket list.  She built a law practice that allowed her to go skydiving in New Zealand, cage diving in South Africa, and safarying in Kenya.  She’s travelled to all 50 states, taught herself intro to guitar, and studied winemaking.  When she sets a goal, she makes it happen – whether that’s personal, professional, or financial.

Her drive to learn new things has her constantly challenging herself and others around her.  She loves proving that you really can do whatever you set your mind to.  She recently achieved a goal that people told her was “impossible” – running 7 marathons on 7 continents in 7 days – something that fewer than 200 people in the history of the world had completed as of October 2024.

Kevin Carrier

Kevin Carrier is a former professor, Army Veteran, MBA, and business consultant who has spent a career driving strategic and tactical growth everywhere from Infantry platoons to Fortune 50 corporations. Coming from a family of attorneys, he has seen his whole life the challenges these legal entrepreneurs faced setting up and running their own practices while juggling the demands of raising a family and meeting their personal goals. He’s excited to take the professional acumen and organizational expertise he developed in the Army and corporate world to help attorneys turn their law firms into successful businesses.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Kevin is an avid explorer and lifelong learner who enjoys tackling new hobbies and pursuits. From kickboxing in Thailand and solo trekking through national parks, to starting a cider house and teaching himself to paint, he’s constantly working to grow and expand his skillset. The newest experience he and his wife, Courtney, are most excited about is the recent birth of their son, Hackett Steven Carrier, who he’s looking forward to showing the world and the importance of hard work.

Eric Scheele

Eric Scheele has held a variety of positions including Director of Development, Executive Director, Director of Operations, and was previously with New Law Business Model as a Law Business Success Coach where he was responsible for coaching lawyers and small law firm owners in the start-up of their small law firms as well as leading workshops on brand strategy, sales and marketing, and business development.  Eric is most proud of having personally helped over 50 law firm owners build successful law firms with annual revenues of multiple six and seven figures.  Eric has served as a senior leader in several small and medium size organizations in the professional services, individual and family services, and education services sectors where he oversaw business operations, finance, business development, marketing and communications, and more.

In his spare time, Eric enjoys spending time with his family, doing home renovation projects, hiking, camping, and exploring local breweries and restaurants.  Eric lives in Update, NY with his wife and three children.

Uli Seuster

Uli has been a small business owner for 17 years across various industries. As such, he was responsible for all facets of the business, grew companies from the ground up and drove significant growth, while acquiring and selling others. Before that, he spent seven years as a strategy management advisor for small to medium-sized organizations during which he conducted comprehensive business assessments, analyzed financial performance, operational inefficiencies, and market dynamics to identify key areas for improvement and to drive transformational change.

In his spare time, Uli enjoys traveling, playing soccer, and the trombone. Occasionally, you’ll see him skydiving with his adult sons or doing a sprint triathlon.

Tracey Sherwood

Tracey has enjoyed two decades of experience in and around the legal industry.  She was previously COO of a rapidly growing personal injury firm and has also enjoyed engineering several newly created roles and departments including Chief Client Service Officer of a legal technology firm and Director of Strategic Pricing in a global law firm.  She has significant experience in KPI management, profitability and reporting, and has coached attorneys, practice groups, executive committees and legal operations professionals in a variety of practice areas on productivity and profitability metrics, pricing strategies, matter management and cross-functional collaboration.   

Tracey is a Certified Pricing Professional and has enjoyed a number of public speaking engagements.  She earned her BS in Music Education from Ithaca College and holds an MBA from the University of Rochester’s Simon School of Business. 

Tracey resides in the Charleston, SC area and loves food, wine and the beach.  She has two beautiful daughters, and her dog is her faithful executive assistant.
