Jennifer Dudley

Jennifer Dudley is an experienced, effective strategist in relentless pursuit of breakthrough growth.    

With a start inside Boston ad agencies, Jennifer developed high standards for effective messaging, quality design, and accurate targeting. Eventually ditching the Boston cold for sunny southern CA, Jennifer held a long-term, progressive role at one of the top corporate communications firms in LA, building integrated campaigns for corporate giants like Bank of America, Unocal, and Tenet Healthcare, to boost brand recognition, launch product lines, and increase both top- and bottom-line growth. She drove multi-million-dollar national (and international) campaigns, and consistently led the studio team to repeatable profitability.  Jen says “if I can teach creative teams to be profitable, I can definitely help legal teams to be profitable. We’ve got this!”

Jennifer has extensively studied human motivation and personal transformation and is ready to hold space for your growth. After the birth of her eldest son, Jennifer’s career took a family-centric turn, and she built a marketing consultancy, which she ran until recently joining the HTM team. She has helped hundreds of business-owner clients design marketing strategies, align operations for growth, and personally stretch and grow into more mature business owners. In addition, she has worked as an SBA consultant since 2017, helping small business owners to take incremental steps as they build traction and start-run-grow their businesses. “On the side” she also was an active certified birth doula for 12 years and has attended more than 200 births.  Why work with Jennifer? Lucia Martin

Lucia has held a variety of positions including Global Brand Coordinator, Marketing Manager ,  and was previously with Exotec as Marketing Director of North America where she was responsible for leading the efforts of the company to gain visibility in warehouse logistics in the US market.  Lucia is most proud of helping the companies she has been with grow and be able to get into new markets.

In her spare time, Lucia enjoys traveling, attending live music events, reading, and spending time with loved ones.

Brian Ainsley Horn

Brian has held a variety of positions including Chief Marketing Officer, and was previously with Authority Media Marketing as CMO where he was responsible for creating digital marketing campaigns, and training client staff to manage KPIs. 

 Brian is most proud of being interviewed on The Howard Stern Show about how entrepreneurs can brand themselves as celebrities in their niche. Brian was invited on the show when an article he wrote for The Huffington Post on this topic went viral and got the attention of Howard Stern. 

 In his spare time, Brian enjoys swimming with his family, training in Muay Thai, and trying to improve his contemporary acrylic painting skills. 

Charles Luna

Charles Luna has held a variety of positions including business owner, and Director of Marketing and Communications, and was previously with Medtronic as a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist and Campaign Development Advisor where he was responsible for leading the global web optimization and omnichannel campaign development of a Fortune 50 company. Charles is most proud of the dozen-plus years he spent creating and building an agency that specialized in marketing professional services firms. In his spare time, Charles enjoys camping, traveling, hiking with his dog, and sampling Colorado’s amazing varieties of craft beer. Before becoming a marketer, he also had careers as both a cancer researcher and as an architect. Life is full of unexpected twists and turns…
