Sarah Khatri

Sarah’s customer acquisition and business acumen is a testament to her leadership and sharp strategic thinking. As Co-Founder alongside her husband, Rajiv, she spearheaded a marketing strategy as the company’s CMO that generated upwards of $750MM in revenue for their customers.

This entrepreneurial triumph wasn’t Sarah’s only venture. Leveraging her marketing prowess, she went on to found a marketing agency in Asia, helping companies across diverse sectors achieve significant scalable growth.

Today, Sarah leverages her 20+ years of experience as a seasoned Direction of Acquisitions. She is a master at deciphering market trends, consumer behavior, crafting compelling content marketing strategies, and driving measurable results for businesses of all sizes – from budding startups to established enterprises. Her skillset has increased brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth across diverse industries.

However, Sarah’s impact extends beyond the boardroom. A devoted mother of four, she finds solace and expression in her artistic pursuits as a talented underwater photographer. This passion for beauty translates into her commitment to serving others. Sarah has actively participated in training leaders across Africa and Asia and played a crucial role in developing a non-profit organization in India. Devoted to her faith, she empowers women within her church, equipping them to make a positive difference in their communities.

James Tsikerdanos

James has held a variety of positions including Executive Sales Coach, Program Manager, and National Account Executive and was previously with Enable as the Revenue Enablement Program Manager where he was responsible for providing the leadership development of over 35 sales managers and directors located across the globe in US, CA, UK, and ANZ. He designed and deployed sales training and coaching for over 100 sales representatives.  James is most proud of his work with junior sales managers at Enable in helping them find a healthy work-life balance while exceeding their team sales targets.  James is also 14-year Army Reserve veteran. He enlisted out of high school as an intelligence analyst and went on to receive an ROTC scholarship from Howard University in D.C. while dual enrolled at George Washington University where he would get his BFA in art education. James has over 15 years of sales experience working with finance and technology start-ups. He has provided sales training and coaching to dozens of law firms over the last several years as an executive sales coach.

In their spare time, James enjoys spending time with his wife Katie and their two dogs Luna (pitbull)  and Harvey (Italian greyhound). Katie and James are big time horror movie fans and art lovers.  James also volunteers on several county appointed boards and non-profits, to include the Greene County Economic Development Authority, Piedmont Workforce Development Board, and the American Legion.

Laura Helton

Laura has held a variety of positions including Sales Manager, Sales Coach and Sales Supervisor and was previously with Allstate as Business Insurance Sales Manager where they were responsible for leading over 20 sales professionals to exceeding targets. Laura is most proud of her most recent work at Allstate where she achieved a 46% increase in annual sales.

In their spare time, Laura enjoys going to the beach with her two children and hiking with her two dogs Pepper Potts and Tony Stark.

Raul Longoria

Raul has held a variety of positions including Creative Director and was previously with TradeCraft as Lead Graphic Designer where he was responsible for conceptualizing and developing creative content for print, web, video and social media applications. Raul is most proud of the connections he’s made with various clients over the years, ranging from small businesses and partner marketing agencies to local musicians and artists. As of 2023, Raul has been a part of the professional design world for 10 years, though he’s been developing his skills since as early as 2008. In his spare time, Raul enjoys spending time with his wife (Katia), their dog (Puba), and two cats (Macchi & Nemo), playing TTRPGs (tabletop role-playing games) like Dungeons & Dragons, Magic the Gathering, and Call of Cthulhu, and loves all things horror, from books to movies and everything in between. As a personal project, Raul has recently started writing a horror novel of his own.

Karli Mcnamee

Karli has held a variety of positions including being an Executive Assistant to C-Suite, Account Manager, and Tier II & III Escalations Specialist. She was previously with Newsletter Pro as the Executive Assistant to the CEO where she was responsible for calendaring, email management, A/P, escalations, partnerships, onboarding, and more.  Karli is most proud of growing her CEO’s non-profit more than 600%, and helping thousands of foster youths to have better lives. Karli has been working as an Executive Assistant for almost a decade and frequently uses the knowledge she gained while completing her Bachelor’s degree in Musical Theatre—though she doesn’t use it for anything she got it for! In her spare time, Karli enjoys reading, cooking, singing, and dancing around the house with her 5-year-old daughter. She will also happily build your Ikea furniture for you; just don’t ask her anything about music or movies unless you’re ready to spend a few hours in conversation.
