The Freedom Fan Club. Everyone who joins the Platinum Referral Club starts at the Silver Tier. If you’re here, you value freedom and all it means for you. You are psyched to tell people about your success and to include HTM in your story.
The Growth Ambassadors. Partners who send 10 Referrals that enter the HTM community with a C-Suite program will level up to the Gold Tier. Gold Partners are willing to go a few extra miles. Not only do you tell people about HTM and your share your own story of transformation, but you actively seek opportunities to do so on a regular basis.
The Transformational Leaders. Upon sending 20 Referrals who enter the HTM community with a C-Suite program, Gold Partners level up to Platinum Tier. At this tier, you are feeling called to lead and to teach and to share your story for the purposes of raising the collective standard. You actively and regularly seek out opportunities to spread the word and have included referral marketing in your regular monthly firm calendar.

THE NEW HTM ECONOMY
We have revamped our point system under our new HTM Economy.
We are now going to reward you for all of your efforts. That means you will get points for all of the steps you take to shout out HTM and introduce this wonderful community to your friends and colleagues.
We will still give points for a Bootcamp or Discovery Day attendee and when someone becomes a member, but the points system will be converted to reflect our new HTM Referral Point Economy System.
Anyone that purchases a Bootcamp or Discovery Day ticket = 50 points for you no matter what they decide.
If they join, you get another 50 points!

HOW TO EARN HTM REWARD POINTS IN THE NEW ECONOMY
*** Important Steps That Must Be Taken to Earn Points ***
To earn Referral Points, all of the steps below must be followed:
- You must sign up/register for the Referral program using the form on the VIP Referral Rewards Program page.
- Any person you refer must schedule an appointment using your unique Referral link. (Your Referral link can be found in the Referral Partner dashboard after you have signed into your Referral account).
- Using the HTM landing page with resources will allow for automatic tracking of points. For efforts that require screen shots, you must send the files before the 1st of each month to Rewards@howtomanage.com in order for your points to update for the following month.
Entries after the 1st of each month will be added to the following month.
50 point will be given to each HTM member Referral Partner who refers a prospect who ATTENDS Business Plan Bootcamp or Discovery Day.
When they SIGN UP to become an HTM member, the HTM member Referral Partner will receive 50 more points.
Here’s the Process:
- You, as the Referral Partner, send your (unique) referral link to a fellow solo attorney or small firm owner who will benefit from How to Manage services to help them grow their firm.
- Your unique link can be found in your Referral Account Dashboard.
Your link leads to the Appointment page where they schedule a phone meeting with HTM to discuss the available tools. - During the scheduled appointment, your referring attorney will be asked to purchase a ticket to attend either the very next Business Plan Bootcamp or the very next “Discovery Day.”
- At Discovery Day, attendees (and your referral) are encouraged to sign up as a member of How to Manage. Typically, 90% of attendees convert to HTM Members.

GAS Calls support
We will take on up to 50 of your GAS calls and make them for you. That’s right. We aren’t going to coach you through them, we are going to pick up the phone and handle them for you. Former clients and old leads that didn’t hire you will be contacted, and you will receive a spreadsheet with all of the call notes so you can amp up your appointments and revenue with more hands on deck.

Website Overview from RJon and Team
It doesn’t get any better than this! RJon and his team will review your current website and give you tactical tips on how to advise your website developer to maximize your online presence and your conversion rate. This report will give you the feedback that helps your site be more profitable and aligned with your marketing message.
Your site is either attracting new leads or repelling them. RJon and his team will tell you exactly what to do to make sure your site is positioning you as the go-to solution in your niche.

Telephone Mystery Shop Your Law Firm
Do you want to know what the mice are REALLY doing when the cat’s away? Do you want to find out how well your intake systems stand-up to a little pressure? Maybe even a lot of pressure? “Nah, why would I care since it’s ONLY my entire income that hinges on this potentially weak link in the chain!” You will complete a very brief questionnaire to help us design a realistic potential client profile & “back story”. And then at some point during about a 2-3 week period at least one call that comes through your intake procedure will be a mystery shopper who will put your processes and your team through their paces. The call(s) will be recorded for your review and a “score card” will be completed to help you analyze/evaluate your firm’s performance. Click HERE to see for yourself what happened when we Mystery Shopped” Sara Khaki’s firm, accidentally broke someone on her staff and then made it up to her by mystery shopping her firm again. Actually there was nothing to “make up for” Sara said it was a “life saver” to know that her intake person couldn’t handle it!

RJon will sit with you and help you develop your message. Then he will turn on the camera(s) and “direct” you. Don’t worry if you’re not comfortable on camera and maybe that’s the excuse you’ve been hiding behind! RJon will make the whole experience fun and easy for you and you’ll get a good is good-enough video that will begin making you some money, and get you started on your journey. And if you’re already comfortable on-camera he’ll teach you some high-level communication and sales techniques that may (or may not) blow your mind.

HOW TO REFER A PROSPECTIVE NEW MEMBER
First, you must sign up for the program if you want to participate. To refer your friends & colleagues you must send them the link & password that you will get upon registering. The personalized link you will be receiving is tied to a Private VIP webpage with a video from me explaining how everything works, and a special appointment scheduler is on the page that will allow your referrals to make an appointment with our team. This page/scheduler will allow our team to know that the referral is coming from you, and we’ll be able to provide the very best, top of the line, white-glove, VIP treatment they deserve (not that HTM doesn’t always strive for this). If you do not use the link & password provided to you to refer your friends/colleagues, it will be much harder for us to track and allocate your referral points, thus creating confusion and possible mistakes. Please use your referral link and password so that we can keep you in the loop when your referrals schedule an appointment with us, when it takes place, and if they purchase a ticket to our upcoming Business Plan Bootcamp and Discovery Day or not.
On that page, your referral will be able to book a Discovery Call with our team, and our team will give your referral VIP priority to speak with us about what’s going on in their law firm, walk-through a plan to get from where they are to where they want to be, and help them explore their options to execute on that plan. At the end of the call, if they have met the criteria to join one of our programs, we may extend an invitation.
Tips for referring your friends/colleagues: Before you send someone to the VIP appointment page, think about whether or not this is someone you want to share some of your most vulnerable and personal moments with like you often might at an LQM or workshop. Because if for some reason you don’t want to share it with them, then chances are the rest of our Members won’t want to either.
Another tip: Help them understand how this going to work — the Discovery Call is complimentary, and the purpose of the call is to help them make a plan for how they want to grow their law firm during that 60-minute call… If on the call it is apparent that their plan can be streamlined with the help of our services, we will let them know how we can help and tell them about the Discovery Day, which will require a $1,000 deposit that is fully refundable if they show up and decide we’re not a good fit for how they want to build their law firm. Share your experiences with them beforehand and express the value of how even a 60-minute complimentary call with HTM can change the way they think about how their law firm should run.

Program Rules

50 point will be given to each HTM member Referral Partner who refers a prospect who ATTENDS Business Plan Bootcamp or Discovery Day.
When they SIGN UP to become an HTM member, the HTM member Referral Partner will receive 50 more points.
Entry into a level/tier will give you access for 1 year.
In order to remain in level the following year, you must continue to refer the amount of new members that correspond with each level.
**Example: OCT 2020, you enter into Gold. You must refer 10 friends that join the HTM community by Oct 2021 in order to stay in the Gold level.
The new points will be applied each month. If you are sending proof of an activity that does not have automated tracking, you must send me a screen shot by the 1st of the month in order for your points to reflect on that month. Everything sent on the 2nd will post to your points the following month.
These points are valid for prizes and prizes can be redeemed by sending an email to rewards@howtomanage.com. If you are redeeming a prize that has a minimum for a group setting, please coordinate with referral partners and cc the group on the redeem email. You can view current points here (put link to a form online) and post on the forum to recruit a group.
