Sales is not a 4 letter word. When done correctly, it’s something you do FOR your prospective clients, not TO them. Make sure you’re selling legal services the right way.

My staff know where to find the documents, and any layperson off the street can step in and do the job by following the documented systems and procedures.
Most of it is well documented, but it’s still going to require some background knowledge to get the job done, or the employee will need further instructions from me/another team member.
Somewhat documented but no one could do the job without already prior knowledge or hand holding.
I have something which is better than nothing, but I am in trouble if me or the person currently doing this job has to step away on an emergency.
