Joel has held a variety of positions including Account Manager, Underwriter, and Economics Teacher, and was previously employed in a regional insurance company as a commercial underwriter where they were responsible for vetting new business and renewals to create a profitable and successful book of business. Joel is most proud of his award-winning work in integrating technology into the underwriting process to save time and increase efficiency.

In their spare time, Joel enjoys fishing, restoring cars, enjoying every team Boston has to offer, and cooking. Outside of work hours, you will find him enjoying one of these activities or just sitting by the water relaxing.
