TESTIMONIALS AND RESULTS DISCLOSURES
Version 1.1 – Last updated: June 4, 2018
1. No Compensation or Benefits to Providers of Testimonials. None of the persons providing testimonials on this website (http://www.howtomanageasmalllawfirm.com) receive (i) affiliate commissions from How to Manage a Small Law Firm II, Incorporated (“we,” “us”), including any commissions based on sales of products or services for which they give testimonials, or (ii) free promotional materials or free products or services to review. The testimonials you see on this website are from our actual current or former members.
2. Generally Expected Results from Our Products/Services. For testimonials we post on our site that are in the nature of ‘success story’ or ‘best-case scenario’ testimonials (as distinguished from mere subjective opinions), we have data that will substantiate the results and also provide statements of estimated typical results we believe consumers may generally expect to achieve with our product or service, and we will provide this information upon request (email request to email@example.com). If you do not request substantiation data from us, you should assume that the results achieved by the providers of testimonials are the exception and not the rule, and for this reason, you should not expect to achieve the same level of results, or any positive results at all.
The results obtained by you should you decide to purchase any products or services from us will always vary based on a number of criteria not least of which being how committed you are to achieve your goals in life. In other words, “we’re not your momma.” It’s up to YOU to take action to help yourself. As such, no warranty or guarantee of specific results can be given. Results will depend largely on factors that include your level of commitment, your willingness to ask for help and follow advice and whether or not you allow fear, insecurities and/or excuses to stop you.
3. Subjective Opinion Testimonials We Post. For testimonials we post on our site that are in the nature of subjective opinions (as opposed to ‘success story’ or ‘best case scenario’ testimonials), we do not independently verify, nor do we seek independent verification; however, to the best of our knowledge we believe that the persons who are providing such testimonials are giving their honest opinions. If you’re not sure regarding whether a particular testimonial is a ‘success story’ or ‘best-case scenario’ testimonial or a mere subjective opinion testimonial, email our compliance officer at the email address provided above and request clarification.
4. Posts by Others. We do not independently verify, nor do we seek independent verification of comments and statements that may be posted by others in forum posts on our website regarding the website, its products or services. For this reason, if others post “success story” or ‘best-case scenario’ testimonials or positive comments (as distinguished from mere subjective opinions), you should assume that the results achieved by these providers of testimonials are the exception and not the rule, and for this reason, you should not expect to achieve the same level of results, or any positive results at all.
