Warren Collier is a Certified Public Accountant and has held a variety of positions including Senior Finance Director, Budget Director and Revenue and Trust Management Director along other management and accounting positions. He has over ten years of experience working in small to medium size law firms over the accounting and management function. He was most recently with Texas General Land Office as the Senior Finance Director where he was responsible for all aspects of budgeting, accounting, and reporting for in excess of $14 billion in disaster assistance funding. This included overseeing a staff of thirty-five Directors, Managers, accountants and purchasing staff. Warren graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting. He has also graduated from the Texas Fiscal Officer’s Academy and the Senior Management Development Program at the University of Texas’ LBJ School of Public Affairs. Warren is most proud of his service to the state of Texas as a fiscal steward of public funding. His agencies focused on helping those who suffered loss at the hands of natural disasters. His analytical skills and his ability to safeguard funding allowed for the maximization of resources to those in need. He has over thirty years of experience in direct accounting work along with his management skills. In his spare time, Warren enjoys hiking, helping people with their personal finances, movies and considers himself to be a bit of a foodie. The persons he looked up to the most were his grandparents who endured both the Great Depression and World War II.
