Sean joins How To Manage a Small Law Firm after developing unique skills from opening his own law firm right out of law school to running a multimillion-dollar optometric practice. He is best known for his ability to stay calm under stress, to always look at the big picture, and to find the good from every situation.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Brigham Young University, Sean worked as a sales manager in both the financial services and medical industries, earning multiple awards for meeting and exceeding sales goals. Inspired by friends, family, and mentors, Sean returned to school to study law at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon where he focused his education on Estate Planning, Tax, and Debtor-Creditor Rights.

Sean’s most recent experience includes running his own law firm, leading a team of new lawyers at a small law firm, and managing the financial and operational affairs of a small business with more than 35 employees spread over six offices. He has enjoyed a remarkable career of helping individuals resolve financial, family, and business problems; and has a passion for helping others achieve their goals.

When not at work, Sean devotes several hours per week to volunteer organizations, currently running an organization with over 100 active members. His free time is spent hanging out with his wife, children, and a new grandchild; cooking; and watching, analyzing, and studying all things baseball.
