Kimberly has held a variety of positions including SLFU Practice Advisor, Fractional C.E.O, Manager of The Client Relationship Management Company, & assisting the Member Progress Team. Kimberly is grateful and inspired by the career path that working in this culture has provided as it has helped her to achieve her personal and professional goals. Prior to HTM, Kimberly served as the Southeast General Sales Manager at Construction Specialties, one of the top architectural manufacturers in the world exceeding over a billion dollars annually. She was responsible for managing an annual P&L of $67+ million dollars, 10 states, and 45 direct reports with teams underneath each. She provided continuing education, training, leadership, management, and driving sales initiatives to exceed sales quotas monthly and annually. Prior to working for Construction Specialties for just under a decade, she was with Kimberly Kathleen Group & Empowerment Through Entrepreneurship, LLC. as C.E.O. and was responsible for owning and operating 2 companies that specialized in sales and marketing consulting, strategic business planning, & leadership training content and facilitation, as well as professional corporate speaking & training programs focusing on marketing, sales and leadership for Fortune 10500 companies. Kimberly is most proud of being the first female and the first senior sales manager under the age of 40 to be promoted to the Southeast General Sales Manager position for a billion-dollar company. She has approximately 2 decades of experience in senior sales management and over a decade of coaching and consulting experience. As a lifelong learner Kimberly holds multiple degrees & certifications. She has accreditations by several internationally recognized coaching organizations and is a Founding Partner with the John Maxwell Team, the #1 Leadership expert in the world. She is also a published author and speaker. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, reading, hiking, and anything on or around the water or mountains.
