Janelle is an entrepreneurial leader with over 20 years of delivering results. She worked for top tier financial and legal firms and is experienced in new business development, strategic growth, P&L management, financial analysis, and people management. Additionally, Janelle co-founded a tech start-up which incorporates the use of natural language processing to significantly increase the efficiency of identifying expert witnesses for complex litigation.

Her career started in financial services where she managed administrative operations as an outsourced account manager at companies such as Goldman Sachs, Banc of America Securities and Bain & Co. She was known as the “turn around queen” by having a track record of increasing the financial and operational efficiencies of poorly performing accounts with over $10 million in revenue.

After the market crashed in 2009, Janelle took a 6-year break to focus on her family returning to the workforce in 2015. She entered the legal industry where she worked as a litigation consultant in sourcing Expert Witnesses for complex litigation. She developed advanced strategic plans for executive leadership in anticipated litigation opportunities based on economic industry trends and legal proceedings. This resulted in increasing revenues opportunity by 25%.

Inspiring and encouraging others to succeed is part of her core values, and she volunteers as a mentor with the America Needs You (ANY) program. There she mentors first generation college students to stay focused, persist and rise to the opportunities that present themselves.

Janelle resides in Houston, TX and has a BA in Corporate Communications from Baruch College and an Executive Master of Business Administration from Cornell University.
