Ariadna has held a variety of positions including Project Manager and Head of Department, was previously with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees as Senior Assistant where she was responsible for ensuring interview quality, leading the development and implementation of training programs, fostering employee wellbeing, and evaluating team performance. Ariadna is most proud of her work in the field during a humanitarian crisis, where she honed her skills in attention to detail, decision-making, and time management within a fast-paced environment. She holds a master’s degree, and her educational background is in International Relations, International Management and Psychology.

In her spare time, Ariadna enjoys spending time with her family, outdoor activities, traveling, and drawing. She is also the happiest cat owner of Roberta.
