Andrea has held a variety of positions including Benefits Manager, Senior Benefits Analyst, and HR Operations Coordinator and was previously with YPO as Global Benefits Manager where she was responsible for vendor management, employee benefits, leaves of absence, workers compensation, retirement plans, and payroll for 250 employees spread across 24 countries. Andrea is most proud of improving the employee experience through value and trust, building collaboration across departments, and optimizing workflows. She has a decade of experience in human resources, specializing in employee benefits and wellness, and is driven by her belief that there is something new to learn each day.
In her spare time, Andrea enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening, reading, learning, walking, painting, and volunteering in local community service projects. You can often find her trying out a new restaurant or dish and shopping for candles and home scents.
