Paul Manhart has been a Legal Administrator, Director of Finance and Controller for fast-growing small to large law firms in Southern California for nearly three decades before joining How To Manage.  Paul has functioned in key executive, operational, technology, human resources and administrative capacities within law firms.  He has been a member of the Association of Legal Administrators for over 20 years where he has served on the local chapter’s executive and extended board in a finance and technology capacity.  He has also authored a local chapter technology survey.

He always considered himself a forward-thinking strategist to help firms to continually forge profitable new paths and transform innovative ideas into new policies, processes and procedures.

Paul lives in Southern California with his wife and two beautiful girls.  They enjoy the beach, hiking in local mountains and all sporting events, especially the ones his girls participate in.
