Matthew L. Tuck is a seasoned JD/MBA with over 25 years of experience in law, technology and consulting. After graduating from the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law in 1992, for the next 17 years Matthew enjoyed a diverse law practice focused on insurance defense, business startups, governmental immunity, business litigation, appellate practice, and high-value plaintiff personal injury work. Then in 2008 Matthew gave up the practice of law to become the first Litigation Support Manager for an Am Law 200 firm based in Detroit. While building the department’s technological and project management capabilities, he managed eDiscovery and litigation support in complex domestic and international business litigation, M&A, and regulatory matters for firm clients. In 2015 Matthew earned his MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business in Ann Arbor and spent the next few years as the COO of a busy medical corporation specializing in infectious disease, and then as Director of Consulting at a technology company where he consulted for law firms and large companies in the areas of eDiscovery, digital records management, data privacy and technology. Matthew lives in Royal Oak, Michigan just north of Detroit, with his wife and in his free time enjoys reading, writing, kayaking, his herb garden and gourmet cooking.
