When your parents are serial entrepreneurs in construction and real estate, launching and growing businesses is in your blood. Lee launched his first business, a small retail shop in Indiana, a few weeks after turning 13 and sold it just before turning 16 for 10 times his initial investment. This is one reason he decided to become a professional entrepreneur.

Lee and his teams have built several successful, multi-million-dollar businesses in professional services, technology, retail, distribution and more. This allows him to bring ideas and expertise from all these sectors to the firms we serve. Having the right mindset, building a great culture, recruiting the best people, and putting the proper systems in place allowed Lee’s businesses to grow very quickly. One in Atlanta grew from 7 people to over 250 in under three years. One in Silicon Valley grew from no revenue to over $40 million in it’s second year. Yet another expanded from one location serving one part of the US to over 30 locations serving most of the world. At 40, Lee and his team sold two businesses and he retired.

As nice as it may sound, playing golf all day with men who are twenty years your senior is not really relaxing, at least Lee did not think so. So, he launched his own business and leadership coaching firm, trained thousands of business leaders in over 30 countries, coached hundreds of business and community leaders in groups and one-on-one, and continually invested in his own education. During the pandemic, two of the companies Lee had coached directly were sold making them the 24th and 25th companies to sale under his watch.

Lee’s Mom and Dad were his first mentors and coaches. They encouraged him to surround himself with great advisors and follow amazing trainers and authors, including Jim Rohn, Napoleon Hill, Norman Vincent Peale, Peter Drucker, Mary Barker Edey, Zig Ziglar, Emma Curtis Hopkins, Denis Waitley, Earl Nightingale, Dale Carnegie, Wayne Dyer, Michael Gerber, and others. Now he continues to invest in coaching and training programs from experts like John Maxwell, Les Brown, Lisa Nichols, Tony Robbins, Miki Agrawal, Marisa Peer, Daniel Neagle and more.

When he is not developing and guiding business leaders, Lee enjoys hiking, kayaking, camping, traveling, reading and writing. He has two grown children, three grand dogs and too many grand cats to count. He also serves on the boards of several for-profit and non-profit organizations.
