The hotel is about 30 minutes from the airport. Plan to arrive to the hotel the night before, so that you’re all set for the event on Friday, and you should plan to leave on Sunday morning.
Then – book your flights! You will want to fly into Phoenix on Thursday evening Jan 23rd, and out on Sunday Jan 26th.
