You should be feeling great! You have a law degree. You hung out your shingle. The clients came. Your calendar is packed full. You’re no longer quite hand-to-mouth. Yet, you know this is not exactly what you signed up for! If you’re like me, when you went to law school, you believed that becoming a lawyer was a pathway to some variation of these three promises:
- That you would be afforded a good standard of living. (You would work hard, help lots of people, and be well compensated.)
- That you would have a good quality of life. The law would be a challenging life, but you would have time for a family and for other endeavors, and to give back to your community.
- That you could change the world. That by earning a ticket to the priesthood of the law, you could help people, businesses, communities, your country … what ever the “world” is to you, in ways that most people cannot. You could make a real difference.
For many, realizing all three of these promises remains elusive. You may not be hand to mouth … but you’re not really living a life that feels fully achieved. You don’t have the time you really want to have to be fully present for your spouse, children, parents, or others in your life. Worst of all, because you find yourself run ragged in this job you have built for yourself, you aren’t making the
change in the world that you thought … at one time you
knew … you would. The good news is …
all of this can change! And faster than you might imagine. The difference between law firm owners who have achieved
FREEDOM and those who have not yet are just a few, simple strategies. This webinar covers the four most important ones. You will note, I wrote
simple, and not
easy. I don’t want you to misunderstand, implementing these strategies will require effort. Changing your law firm, and your life, will require courage. But, because the strategies are clear, and the groundwork has already been laid, the way is clear. There is a map you can follow.
